Hi Pradeep,

Use the CurrentUser() function (which returns the BI launch pad login of the current user) in formula editor of Conditional formatting rules as given below:

CurrentUser()="John"

Here, John is the Username

Now, Apply necessary formatting for the text in the selected column.
