Have you converted form display attr to navigational attr?

if no please convert form display to navigational attr at 0calmonth.

after select in cube level also -> expand the navigational attr select the navigational attr for 0calmonth under attrs( 0calyear, 0calmonth2, 0numday, 0numwday, 0datefrom, 0dateto)

after check the assignment for the same info objects in Multi provider level.
