Bro one  more thing Is there any setting where I can assign tax code by whse and also by state and both things will run ?

Like I have 2 whse and I created on FMS and assign it on tax code like if user select whse 1 then tax code will be cst1 and same as for whse 2 for cst 2 and I want to add one more thing thet if whse is whse2 but the customer is in inter state then tax code will be VAT so is it possible ??
